1. Scope

These terms of use govern your use of the mobile app Lern Kalender (hereinafter "the App") provided by Ralf Lohrmann, Heilbronner Straße 9, 73728 Esslingen, Germany.

By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of the service

Lern Kalender is an app for organising student life. It includes:

• Calendar and study time tracking
• Subjects and grade management
• Statistics and analytics
• Timetable and homework, optionally synced via WebUntis
• Family feature for connecting parent and child devices

3. License

The provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on your compatible Apple devices in accordance with the Apple App Store terms. Commercial use, duplication, or modification of the App is prohibited without express consent of the provider.

4. Your obligations

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. In particular:

• You will not misuse the App to harm others or violate applicable law.
• You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the App.
• You are responsible for the security of your WebUntis credentials.

5. Family feature

The family feature connects a parent device with a child device. Please note:

• For minors, parental consent is required.
• Parents can view their child's study progress, set study goals, and add exam dates.
• Either side can disconnect at any time.

6. Availability

The provider strives to keep the App available without interruptions. However, there is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary limitations.

7. Limitation of liability

The provider is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The App does not guarantee academic success. Learning outcomes depend on individual factors.

8. Privacy

The separate Privacy Policy linked in the App and on the website applies.

9. Changes to the terms

The provider reserves the right to adapt these terms as needed. Material changes will be displayed in the App. Continued use after such a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence additionally apply.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
