Geldtracker is an app for personal financial management. It allows you to track income and expenses, set savings goals, and manage budgets.

The app optionally offers a group feature that allows you to share finances with other people.

3. No Financial Advice

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. For important financial questions, consult a qualified financial advisor.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter
• The security of your device and login credentials
• Creating regular backups
• Proper use of the group feature

5. Group Feature

When using the group feature:

• You share financial data with other group members
• You are co-responsible for people you invite
• The group creator can delete the group and all data at any time
• Your contributions are not automatically deleted when you leave a group

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including design, code, and content, is protected by copyright. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use it for personal purposes.

Not permitted:

• Reverse engineering or decompilation
• Commercial use without permission
• Distribution of the app to third parties

7. In-App Purchases

The app may offer paid premium features. These will be clearly marked before purchase.

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Apple's terms for in-app purchases and subscriptions apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of the app
• Accuracy of calculations and forecasts
• Data loss due to technical issues
• Damages from improper use

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified in the app of significant changes.

Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. In case of violations of these terms, we may restrict access to the group feature.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the residence of the provider.
